Post Illawarra Folk Festival, Bulli, NSW

The Illawarra Folk Festival is a music festival held at the Bulli Showground, Bulli (just north of Wollongong). It is run by the Illawarra Folk Club. The event features more than 130 acts across 12 venues, over four days in January. This is an all-ages, all walks of life event.

We are very happy to present Archie Roach as the headliner for our festival; he will be in the fine company of many international and local acts.

Venue: Bulli Showground, Princes Highway, Bulli

Prices: Prices vary. The top end is an Adult season pass @ $180. Ticket discounts apply for advance purchase. Also, day and night passes are available at cheaper prices. Children under 12 who are accompanied by their parent/guardian are admitted free. EFTPOS, MC, VISA and cash all accepted. Please call 1300 887 034 or visit http://www.illawarrafolkfestival.com.au/buy-tickets

Getting there: There is onsite parking available. Also, the Green Music Train will take patrons from Sydney metro to Bulli. Festival-goers should see the Festival website for more information, so they can plan their transport.

Accommodation: Bulli is about an hour from Sydney. If people want to stay in the local area there are many options, including close-by in Wollongong. Onsite camping is available at an additional cost; bookings are strongly recommended for campers as the camping is usually booked out before the festival's commencement.

Volunteers: This festival is run by volunteers. If you're interested, please review the information for volunteers on our website and get in touch if you think it's something you'd like to do.
