About the Presenter

Ken Warren BA, M Soc Sc, CSP has spent his entire career helping people to handle difficult conversations well.

Mediating and resolving disputes for people caught in entrenched conflict, including between parents and schools
Counselling students and adults dealing with aggressive behaviour, mental health and drug-related problems
Assisting schools and other workplaces dealing with major change, high workloads, and clients who are verbally or physically aggressive
Writing for leadership journals, newspapers and association newsletters, including the Happy School newsletter
