It is this experience in the world of small and micro business that inspired this blog. It is a world full of ambitions and failures, an exciting world for those who can make it work for them, a misery for those who can't, and a mixture of both for many.
 
One thing you find when you go into business is that it is full of false promises. Buy this advertising and watch the sales roll in (they don't), go to this seminar and learn how to run your business (usually someone trying to sell their services), government and private consultants will tell you the secrets of success (if they really knew, they'd be doing it themselves).
 
But during this time, I've also come across some impressive people and made some great friends.
